Curved Ruck Plates (Pair)

DESCRIPTION

The purpose of a weight vest was never to make it harder to breathe. GORUCK cut a hole in the plates to take the weight off your diaphragm and give you some breathing room. This means better breathing during tough workouts and better recovery between sets. Then they added the swimmer’s cut and lowered neckline with movement in mind for the best weight vest for the most dynamic exercises. They finished the plates off with a powder coating to combat rust and stand the test of time.

The plates are only compatible with the GORUCK Rucking Weight Vest. They’re sold in pairs for total weights (with the vest) of 14 and 20 lbs.
