At Northern Fitness, we are committed to your peak performance; if your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Northern Fitness account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the equipment in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for heavy cardio equipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
